How To Improve Prosperity In Your Home

Here is a list of ideas I have collected over the years to welcome in Prosperity & Abundance to my home. They are taken from different sources from Feng Shui to clients sharing their cultural remedies on this topic.

1. Stoke Stove Burners - In Feng Shui, the Kitchen is the Heart of the Home. Stove tops should be kept clean. To improve business, you should use the four stove tops equally. Don't just use the two front burners. Also to improve business, you can put all stove burners on for two minutes to ignite opportunities.

2. Blow Cinnamon into your home from the Front Door. On the First of every month and New Moons, I blow a handful of Cinnamon into my home. Set an intention for new opportunites to enter your home.

3. Salt is used for Abundance & Prosperity. You can sprinkle it across your front door on the first of the month or New Moon.

4. Sprinkle Salt or Cinnamon into your purse or wallet. Set an intention for Prosperity.

5. Bay Leaves are also used to improve Prosperity. You can carry one in your wallet. You can also write a certain amount of money you are setting an intention for. You can also write Prosperity symbols on the Bay leaf, burn it and then throw the ashes out the front door. This is best to do on the first of the month or New Moon.

6. In Feng Shui, your Prosperity Corner in is going to be the far left corner of your home. It can also be the far left corner of any room. Have pictures of abundance on the walls of these areas. You can place a money bowl there or a lucky bamboo or water fountain. Make sure these areas are decluttered and clean as well as nothing broken or depressing.

7. Red Envelopes - Are a Chinese tradition. You can find them on Amazon. This year starting on 2/17, it is the Year of the Fire Horse. A very exciting year for Prosperity and New Beginnings. Put 9 coins in the envelope and leave it under your welcome mat. This symbolizes bringing Good Fortune into the home. I place a red envelope under each mat at each door leading into my home, front, back and garage doors all have red envelopes!

8. Wipe Down Your Front Door - On the New Moon or First of the Month, I wipe my front door down and then using Mint or Cinnamon essential oils and a Q-Tip, I make 8 or 9 small circles around the door while focusing on Abundance affirmations. Basil or Citrus oils are also thought to bring in Prosperity.

9. Refrigerator - You can keep a Prosperity bowl in your fridge. I have a small bowl of rice in there with 8 coins placed in the rice. I also keep a plastic sandwich bag with 8 or 9 bills in the fridge. This is so I always have cold hard cash available. 8 symbolizes Prosperity and 9 symbolizes Good Fortune overall.

10. Desks - If you work from home and/or have an office or work area, it's a good idea to keep your desk clean and organized. Placing crystals that represent Prosperity on your desk can help spark new opportunities. Crystals like Citrine, Malachite, Jade, Pyrite, Tiger's Eye, Amethyst or Green Aventurine can be representative of Prosperity. Choose one that calls to you. Dragons are also considered a good symbol to have on your desk. The desk should also be placed in what's called Command position. Meaning your desk should be facing the doorway and there should be a solid wall behind the desk.

11. Coffee Cross - A Dominican coffee cup reader once suggested this to me. With this tradition, it is believed that Prosperity comes through the backdoor. So using honey you make a cross whatever size you like on the ground outside of your backdoor, then sprinkle coffee on top while focusing on the Prosperity you wish to bring in.

12. ALWAYS keep the toilet seat down! Water is connected to your money & finances. Protect your finances from going down the drain.

13. To Give is to Receive - So states the Law of Attraction. Round up your grocery bills for donation purposes or drop a dollar in the veteran's bucket outside Walmart. What I do is, I have a little gift bag I give to clients with a candle, crystal & some lavender along with my business card. I always have them in my pocketbook. I give my bags to servers, bartenders & every day peope that I come into contact with, to share my info, but also it's a small gift for those that are kind. I know the Universe will reward me in the future.
